Who it’s for

  • Business owners and operations leaders who know AI could help but haven’t had the time, or the right guide, to work out where.
  • Teams that have tried a tool or two without much to show for it.
  • Businesses that want a sensible plan before spending money on software.

The problems it addresses

  • Not knowing which tools deserve attention and which are noise.
  • Staff using AI inconsistently, or not at all.
  • Uncertainty about what’s safe to use with company and customer information.
  • Time lost to tasks that could be simpler.

Illustrative work and deliverables

  • A review of your current tasks and processes, focused on where time goes.
  • A prioritized plan for where to start, and what to leave alone for now.
  • Tool selection and initial configuration.
  • Practical guidance and training for your team, in plain language.
  • Simple ground rules for using AI responsibly with your information.

02 · A specific problem, solved properly

Custom AI Projects

When a particular task or business problem is worth solving well, we scope it, build the solution, and put it into everyday use.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses with a clear, recurring pain point: a pile of documents, a slow process, questions that always land on the same person.
  • Teams with a rough idea of what they want and a need for someone to design and deliver it.

Illustrative work and deliverables

  • A short scoping conversation to define the problem and what “done” looks like.
  • A working solution, set up in your environment.
  • Testing with the people who will actually use it.
  • Documentation and handover so your team owns it.

Examples of the kind of problems we take on

Organizing and processing large volumes of documents. Invoices, applications, contracts, or inspection reports arrive in bulk. A system reads each one, pulls out the details you need, and files or routes it for a person to check. In technical terms, this is document extraction and classification.

Helping employees find answers in company information. Instead of searching through folders or interrupting a colleague, staff ask a question in plain words and get an answer drawn from your own manuals, policies, and past work. Often called an internal knowledge assistant.

Streamlining recurring research and reporting. The weekly numbers, the monthly summary, the supplier comparison: gathered, assembled, and drafted for someone to review and finish. These are automated reporting and research workflows.

Reducing repetitive administrative work. Copying details between systems, chasing missing information, preparing standard documents. This is workflow automation, sometimes with AI making the small judgement calls a person used to make.

03 · A partner on call

Ongoing AI Support

Ongoing access to an AI partner without hiring a full-time employee. Sometimes described as fractional AI services: the expertise of an in-house specialist, for the amount of time your business actually needs.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses that have set up a few tools and want them to keep improving.
  • Owners who’d like someone to ask before making an AI-related decision.
  • Teams that need coordination when there’s implementation work to do.

What it typically includes

  • Helping teams adopt the tools they already have.
  • Answering questions as they come up.
  • Improving existing systems as your business changes.
  • Identifying additional opportunities worth pursuing.
  • Coordinating implementation work, including with other vendors.

How it works

We agree on a level of involvement that fits your business, from a regular check-in to a standing presence on your team, and adjust it as your needs change.

Not sure which one fits?

Most conversations start with a general chat about the business. We’ll suggest a starting point from there.
